Join us for an unforgettable evening as Tim Perrin of Port Phillip Estate takes you on a guided journey through some of the Mornington Peninsula’s most expressive wines—each perfectly matched to a seven-course South East Asian-inspired menu from the Sugarlane kitchen.

Tim will be sharing stories, insights, and winemaking wisdom behind every pour, making this a night for both curious palates and seasoned wine lovers.
