For $85pp, enjoy a curated Asian fusion menu designed to be eaten together, vibrant, comforting, and indulgent in all the right ways.
The night begins light and bright with Salmon Ceviche dressed in coriander, tomato and lime, followed by delicate Steamed Pork & Prawn Dumplings with soy. From there, things deepen with a Grilled Squid Salad tossed through chilli jam dressing and cashews, and our much-loved Crispy Chicken with Blood Plum Sauce.
Mains bring warmth and richness to the table: a fragrant Panang Wagyu Beef Curry, paired with Cauliflower in caramelised miso dressing, sesame and steamed jasmine rice, perfect for sharing.
To finish, a nostalgic twist on dessert: Deep Fried Ice Cream with Butterscotch Sauce. Sweet, warm, and impossible to rush.
